Project Overview
This University Engagement Dashboard was designed as an analytical reporting solution to evaluate outreach activity and measure the effectiveness of communication efforts across campaigns, callers, and time periods.
The project presents essential engagement KPIs, including outreach volume, number of unique campaigns, conversion rate, response rate, and follow-up rate, allowing users to assess both the scale and quality of engagement performance.
In addition to the KPI overview, the dashboard highlights monthly outreach trends, campaign conversion performance, caller-level response efficiency, and average attempts per contact, providing a deeper understanding of how outreach efforts translate into measurable outcomes.
By combining trend analysis, campaign comparison, and caller performance evaluation, the project helps uncover strengths, identify bottlenecks, and support improvements in communication strategy and operational execution.
As a result, the dashboard provides a structured and data-driven view of university engagement activity, enabling teams to improve performance monitoring and make more effective outreach decisions.
